Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • In stock items:  Payment in full is due at time of initial order.
  • Custom Orders, > $1000:  A 50% deposit is due at time of initial order. Balance due upon completion of product. Orders not paid for within 30 days of notice of completion forfeit the deposit amount and will be sold.
  • Custom Orders, < $1000:  Payment in full is due at time of initial order.
  • Rush Orders:  All orders accepted by Crooked Creek Antler Art on a "rush" basis will require payment in full at the time of initial order, regardless of order amount.
Method of Payment:

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Check/Money Order.


In stock items generally ship in 3-10 days. Custom orders generally ship in 4-8 weeks. Please call to check item availability and lead time if this is a concern.


Shipping and handling charges are dependent on the shipping address and are due prior to shipping. Express shipping is available for an additional charge on in stock items. We make every effort in ensure that your item arrives safely. However, in the event of obvious shipping damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our office immediately. In the event damage is noted after a shipment has been accepted, please contact our office within ten days of delivery.


If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it to us, no questions asked for a full refund of the product price within 30 days. Items may be returned for an exchange for 120 days from the date received. Under no circumstances are shipping and handling charges refundable. All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise must be adequately packed and insured before returning.

Sales Tax:

Illinois residents are required to pay 6.25% sales tax on all orders.
