| This rustic futon has such great character. The frame is made of solid pine with wood slats in the seat and back . An all wood futon is the most sturdy that you can buy. The arms of the futon are made of blue pine and for the "mission" look, we have take 1/2 logs and put them down the sides of the arms. This is a nice heavy futon which will last you a good long time. The futon is finished off with a boiled linseed oil finish for that rustic appeal. If you prefer a lacquer finish, we can lacquer over the oil, for an additional charge. We sell the futon with a 7", full size pad. All of the pads that we have in stock are in a dark green. You can choose a different color, but allow 2 weeks for the pad. The approximate length of the frame is 85". If we do not have a frame in stock, please allow 4-5 weeks for us to build this for you. |
